We started our journey in 2020 on the paradisiacal Caribbean island of Nevis, as we sought to create a unique dining experience, favoring local seasonal ingredients and flavors while honoring the island’s way of life. Luna found its name pretty simply from the Moon, as our central table celebrates the lunation in every stage, especially when full, when it casts its luminous glow onto the Luna Table. Positioned amidst four swaying palm trees, this centerpiece creates a mesmerizing setting, perfect for enjoying dinner under the stars. The lunar influence doesn’t end there. Nevisians celebrate the “Hammock Moon,” a phenomenon where the new moon resembles the shape of a hammock, adding a local flavor to the lunar spectacle. It’s no wonder one of Luna’s most beloved cocktails shares the same name, capturing the essence of this island’s unique lunar experience. Our goal is to embody casual elegance, set in a tropical garden that draws inspiration from diverse locales, from Africa, France to Ibiza – tropical, warm, fresh and most importantly, made and served with love.
