Luna proudly presents Chef – Ricky Finch. A true local talent, Chef Ricky honed his craft in renowned
island kitchens, including the Golden Rock Inn and Coconut Grove, before embarking on his culinary
journey with our sister restaurant Drift. We welcome him back to our Luna kitchen.
Set in a garden, Chef Ricky creates unforgettable dinners under a canopy of stars, where the night
time ambiance is as captivating as the cuisine. His menu celebrates Nevis’s rich Caribbean heritage,
blending fresh, local spices with herbs hand-picked from our garden. Each dish is a tribute to the
island’s bounty, featuring wild, line-caught fish, hand-dived lobsters, and produce sourced from local
farmers and artisan makers.

Food and Drink-and life- are made better with pasta. One of Ricky’s more famous comfort foods is
his celebrated Rasta Pasta! All local island ingredients- from our garden pots, fresh basil for a pesto,
sweet local peppers, callaloo, onions, parsley, shallots, scallions and garlic. The dish is crowned with
his savoury signature, Parmesan Tuille.
